This lunch, I enjoyed this date,
was Paleo in some sense of the word, but maybe not in others. (I counted the meat and fruit on the plus side, while the pasta and bread were processed and therefore no-no's). Still, at just
498 calories, this was a fine diet-minded meal overall and will be followed by a fresh romaine salad for dinner tonight. And, I am doing
something right as I've lost
4.2 pounds (see below) since the 25th of August
when I started my
Paleo Revised Diet!
Average daily caloric intake = 1992, average calories burned = 2217
