Let's give California to Mexico!

Los Angeles in 2026
I'm starting up an initiative to get Congress to bequeath the state of California to Mexico. Otherwise, it will likely become a great burden on the rest of the Republic due to issues to numerous too talk about! Well, OK, I'll talk about a few; 1) the state is broke as the economy is in a a shambles. 2) more people are leaving the state than are moving in. The word escape comes to mind, 3) The official unemployment rate has been sitting above 12 percent for an extended period of time, and poverty is everywhere as more and more illegal aliens move in, bringing bad times with them, and 4) the state has some of the highest taxes in the world and under Democratic control, they will be getting much higher!

The truth is, the Republic would be better off if we write this state off and move forward. Let cities like LA become indistinguishable from most of those in Mexico!

Not even one red cent! The great Obama swindle!

Way back in the heady days of 2008, my nation have a young upstart candidate who, against all odds, was elected President of the United States. His name was Barrack Obama and one of his promises to the American people was to 'spread the wealth' as money would be redistributed from the evil wealthy to us poor have nots. Trillions and trillions were spent in wild abandon! A mind boggling amount, as my Republic has now gone well over seven trillion in debt as a result.

But, here's my challenge to any of my readers. I would love to hear from just a few people who saw even one red cent of this mountain of money! (What's one trillion dollars divided by 300 million Americans)? Huh? I know I never saw a penny. I know that my roads and bridges have the same problems they had seven years ago. I know that getting work is hard to do and I know that its now a challenge to get enough food at the market from week to week without going broke!

My choice for GOP candidates who might win the nomination!

Of the remaining candidates still running for the highest office on the GOP side in late October, I feel that by December 2015 there will only be a few likely individuals with a real shot at winning the nomination. (And, it not that the other individuals are lacking, it's just that I feel they suffer from one or more 'fatal flaws' that will not allow them to go the distance)! Note: If I had to choose a fourth, it would be Marco Rubio. What say you?

It's almost Halloween!

Hi, we're from the Federal government and we're here to help! Sure!
It's late October 2015 and many a tiny ghoul, goblin or ghost will soon be making their way from door to door, collecting some great treats. Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. America will be cowering at home waiting for Washington DC to pay more tricks on them and the Republic for which they used to stand...

Get ready to be scared, really scared.....

Water Heaters to cost everyone more!
On April 16, 2015, new water heater energy factor (EF) requirements took effect as the result of updates to the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act (NAECA). These requirements call for higher energy factor (EF) ratings on virtually all residential gas, electric, oil, and tankless gas water heaters, completely altering the water heater landscape. NAECA 2015 also affects some light-duty commercial water heaters.

Wanna go hunting, ya better be old enough!
The United States Government has decided 2015 is the year to enact a new nationwide “minimum hunting age” of 21. Previously, each state has set its own minimum age for a hunter to hunt alone and sometimes a different age for minors to hunt while in the company of an adult. - See more at: http://nationalreport.net/federal-government-restrict-hunting-setting-minimum-age-21/#sthash.FRyVmBsM.dpuf

EPA to impose higher restrictions on coal fired power plants!
In his march to protect the world from climate change, Obama has set out on a one man campaign (with the support of the uber Left), to move cola fired power plants out of the picture via severe restrictions while pouring billions into research for alternative power like windmills. That plan should work out really well (tongue in cheek) as energy costs skyrocket for an already cash strapped nation. Note: For now the Supreme Court has blocked the new rulings... for now.

A nutritional salad blast!

My salads not only taste good, but they are nutritious as well! A mix of romaine, broccoli shoots, celery, bell pepper and sliced radish that was topped with a sliced smoked ham! The dressing is a mix of 1 tbsp each of apple cider vinegar and virgin olive oil with a ¼ teaspoon of Dijon mustard that is well mixed!

On the last day of the RMS Titanic, a great menu was to be had!

If I were on board the Titanic on the night it sunk, I well might have selected the 'Potted Shrimp' from the menu on that day.

Potted shrimps, as were served on the ill-fated Titanic, are a traditional Lancashire dish made with brown shrimp flavored with nutmeg. The dish consists of brown shrimp in nutmeg-flavored butter, which has set in a small pot. Cayenne pepper may also be included. It is traditionally eaten with bread. The butter acts as a preservative.

Potted shrimp was a favorite dish of Ian Fleming who passed on his predilection for the delicacy to his famous fictional creation James Bond. Fleming reputedly used to eat the dish at Scott's Restaurant on Mount Street in London where it is still served to this day.

This video was banned world wide! WTF!

Banned world wide by the weenies at YouTube! Why?
The powers that be, that's why! Well, it did get 99,671 views before it got shut down...

Oh, and please don't bother to click on the link! I'm the only one who can watch it!

Joka tapauksessa, se on Suomen useita muutama vuosi sitten ja on siitä, miten lasku on helvetin hyvä aika hajottaa!
