Accused men who beat a San Francisco Giants fan go to trial!

LOS ANGELES -- The two men accused of beating a San Francisco Giants fan after last season's opening day game at Dodger Stadium were ordered to stand trial Friday on charges stemming from the brutal attack

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge George Lomeli made the ruling after a five-day preliminary hearing against Louie Sanchez, 30, and Marvin Norwood, 31

The pair are accused of mayhem and assault and battery in the attack on Bryan Stow, a paramedic from Northern California who attended the game at Dodger Stadium. Stow suffered brain damage and is permanently disabled.

The violence drew scrutiny of stadium security and fan behavior. The defense typically does not present a case during such preliminary hearings. Both men have pleaded not guilty.

My thoughts – If these men are tried and found guilty by a jury of their peers – please let them be executed in whatever manner is afforded by the state. This form of bestiality fuels the arming of America, and can you blame them?

Whoever beat up this poor man, to the point of near death, are prime examples of just how incredibly stupid and debased human beings can be and yet still make it to a mature age. Any man who is capable of harming another innocent in such a horrible manner is the spawn of the devil and have no place living on this planet. God please forgive them because I will never.
