Small romaine salads hit the spot!

Real pepper and fake salt were used!

Whenever the hunger bugs hits me, which can be often, I like to make a small petite 170 gram salad composed of whatever I find in the fridge. Normally, this would consist of some romaine lettuce, celery, onion, bell pepper with maybe some shredded cheddar cheese and ham! The dressing is a simple mix of olive oil and apple cider vinegar, perhaps a scant teaspoonful. The taste is marvelous and it is filling enough to get me on through until the next regular meal!
