Here's a short video I did on making
pasta sauce at home.
In my book, a good pasta sauce,
especially the home made kind, needs to hit a few bases in order for
me to go to the bother of making it. It must be; a) more healthy than
what I can buy at the store, 2) it must taste pretty awesome and 3) it has
to be simple stupid to make! This sauce is all that and more!
