A Hamburger & egg breakfast!

While this may look like the internal organs of a wombat, it was pretty good!
'The secret to a well balanced digestive system is to follow one simple rule; eat everything, just make sure it's in moderation!' As long as you can follow that rule, you should be good to go!

On this particular morn, I decided to really mix things up a bit for my breakfast by employing a hamburger patty, a fried egg, toast and a glass of low fat milk!

Ingredients:

70 grams of cooked hamburger
1 medium fried egg
1 slice toast
1 cup 2% milk
1 tsp ketchup

I used a Foreman grill to quickly cook the hamburger in just a few minutes. I also fried the egg and prepared a single slice of toast. Total calories, only about 400. This meal deal doesn't take long to prepare, and so makes for a fast breakfast. As you can see in the nutritional panel, this is a very doable meal for anyone one a fairly sane diet.
