figure. One evening when I found nothing in the fridge to make for
dinner, I foraged here and there for something to 'throw together'. I
came up with a lone hot dog, some leftover instant rice and a can of
red beans! OK, I thought... How bad could this be? So, into the
microwave it went. After a minute, or so, on high I retrieved my
plate and retired to an easy chair to enjoy. Hmm. Not all that bad!
Actually, it was frigging good! Give this recipe a try and let me
know what you think! Note: this meal came in just over 400 calories!
