Scrambled eggs with bacon and milk was
what was on tap for a cloudy Thursday in August. Even as I had
reached a good weight for my age and height, I remained a bit
conservative when it came to food.
The nutritional side of the meal came in at 380 calories with protein at 26 grams and the carbs at a mere 5! This meal tastes great while also being a low carb - high protein dieters dream!
