What Memorial Day means to me!

My father is in the middle

Memorial Day is a US federal holiday wherein the men and women who have died in the service of their country are honored. It's held on the final Monday of May and this year, that falls on Monday, May the 26^th.

Thankfully, my father who served in the Air Force in WWII as a fighter pilot, survived that horrible conflict fighting off IE Shima and still managed to live to a ripe old age. But, he has passed now and I
miss him very much.
